My mum is a 'musician/music. When I was younger,
she read me stories about famous artists. I was so
2fascinated / frightened that I decided to be a director/
composer. I wanted to write operas for great bands /
orchestras around the world.
However, everything changed when I took the exam to
enter music school. I had to sing and play the piano in
front of an audience. My performance / interview was a
disaster. I was so annoyed / nervous that I lost my voice.
Of course, I didn't pass the exam, and I'll never forget
how 'embarrassed / proud I was. Now, I don't even sing
in the shower, but I've found another way to be creative:
