I belive that activity no. 3 is easiest to master, because you don't have to buy, or borrow a boat, or special equipment in order to sail, or climb.
You can learn how to meditate from internet videos, or courses, and you can practice in your house. That's why i think, activity number three is easiest to master.
I think that climbing is the second best option where commes to mastery, because you can practice it easier, then the sailing, you can borrow special equipment, and get a place to practice thanks to clubs, but it isn't as easy to master, as meditation.
I decided to place sailing in the last place, because there is a lot of things required to master it, and in order to practice it, you have to either own a boat, or rent it.
The other thing is that it can be dangerous, if the weather isn't nice, so you can't practice it all the time, unlike the meditation.
