Subject: Letter of complaint about the rude bus driver of bus 0000
Respected Sir/Madam,
With respect, my name is xy, I attend xy school and I frequently avail the bus with route number 0000 from city a to city b.
I am writing to draw your attention to a concern we are facing. The bus driver of the aforementioned bus speaks very rudely to the passengers. It is very common for him to shout at people who board the bus or buy tickets. But I would not write a complaint if these were the only disputes I noticed.
On Wednesday last week at around 11pm, me and my four other acquaintances were waiting at XY station. One of our present friends has a chronic lung disease that makes it difficult for her to breathe. We wanted to get on the 0000 bus to take her to xy hospital. When we went to board the bus, we realized that she had no ticket and none of the other people present had any money. We explained our situation to the bus driver, but he did not let us get on the bus, instead he pushed the sick friend off the bus and shouted at her not to fake her illness. In this situation, we were forced to wait at the bus stop for another 40 minutes because the girl was unable to walk due to her shortness of breath.
I am very sorry to say that this is not the first time that the bus driver has refused to let someone in distress on the bus. I have witnessed him even refusing to let pregnant women on the bus.
I have already discussed the problem with an employee of xy bus company xy, but that was at least six months ago, and since nothing has changed in this regard, it all seems to be for nothing.
I ask you to please take action against him.
