It was nice to hear from you. You asked me about food - my favourite subject!
In Poland we have many many different foods you can try, but of course i can't make them all. I can make pierogi ruskie (which is one of the most popular foods in Poland), zupa pomidorowa (one of the most popular soups) and I can also make a few cakes like sernik or makowiec.
Once I had my parents coming over to meet my new girlfriend and I had to make the food. I made dinner and dessert. For dinner I made pierogi, and for dessert I made a makowiec. Makowiec may sound a bit funky for you, but it's a cake that's rolled up. To make it, you first need to make a dough and a like poppy mass, then you put the poppy mass on the dough and roll it all up. You cut it into smaller pieces and serve.
My biggest inspiration in the kitchen is the english food, I really love it. I would really appreciate if you told me a bit more about the english food and the most popular dishes.
