W future perfect pojawiają się charakterystyczne określenia, które mówią do jakiego momentu/wydarzenia czynność zostanie ukończona np. by, by the time, before.
Uwaga! Czynność, przed którą zostanie zakończona inna czynność (w future perfect), wyrażana jest w czasie present simple, np. I will have finished cooking dinner before my sister comes.
