I would like to send complain about your gym. On the end of November I have paid €200 to join your gym and I was not satisfied with your services. more than half of your machines were unable to use because of technical issues and the changing rooms where unsanitary. when I have complained to one of your staff members he was extremely rude and and told me that I should run home instead. if possible I would like to cancel my gym membership as quickly as possible and also get my money back. I hope you take my complain to consideration. have a nice day.
