I GET UP quickly, OPEN the window and TURN ON the radio.
At 7:30 I go to the bathroom and TAKE a cold shower.
I WASH my face and hands with soap and BRUSH my teeth.
After that I ( tutaj chyba czegoś zabrakło bo trudno się domyślić co będzie)
At 7:45 I FINISH/EAT breakfast.
Then I TURN OFF the radio, KISS my wife, PUT ON my coat, hat and I GO to the office.

I FINISH work at 4:00 p.m. After work I usually HAVE to walk ( by Foots) to home to get some fresh air.
When I COME home I EAT dinner with my family. After dinner I REST a little.
I READ a newspaper or a book, WATCH TV or LISTEN to music. I usually GO to bed at 11 o’clock.
