I have bought this vacuum cleaner month ago (12 January 2021) in Your shop in London. It was provide to me by post office.
This equipment has two defects: the cable has broken and the casing is cracked in half.
The equipment should be changed. Hoover must be capable.
I am expecting a refund of my money or for you to change the vacuum cleaner in quick time, quickly because I feel cheated.
I believe in Your firm and Your honesty, because Your firm is commanded by my closes friend.
