My diet
I start with breakfast, I usually eat oatmeal with fruit. At 10 o'clock I have a second breakfast, Then i just eat a Vegetable or fruit. For dinner I try don't eat anything fried because it is not healthy, So i eat cooked food, but sometimes I eat fried. I like to eat a sandwich with tomato, ham or whatever for supper.
