Positives:
1. Nowa Ruda is a beautiful city with a lot of green areas.
2. The Market Square and Town Hall look great.
3. The city is active organising many different festivals.
4. It has a ton of pretty cozy churches.
5. It's very close to the Czech Republic border.
Negatives:
1. There is a lot of crimes in the city.
2. The town isn't very rich and doesn't have a big budget.
3. There is not so many public facilities like football pitches or public swimming pools.
4. The city got destroyed a lot during the WW2.
5. It isn't close to any major lakes or a sea.
