I’ve just come home from the one-week yoga course run by this company and I have to say I am extremely impressed. I have been trying to follow a 0 healthy lifestyle for a while now and this course has given me so many good ideas. The instructors were thorough and knowledgeable, and they all had a great 1 __________ of humour. What’s more, I’m painfully 2 __________ and I hate being the centre of 3 __________ but this course allowed me to meet plenty of new people who share an 4 __________ with me. There were a few things I was worried about before I went. I sleep 5 __________ so I was concerned about sharing a room, but once the lights go out, there is complete silence. The camp has high 6 __________ so everything is kept very neat and 7 __________. I’d highly recommend this course.
